1966 Ludwig Superbeat Burgundy Sparkle - $1800
Like a nicely aged fine wine! This Ludwig kit has all the mojo you'd want out of a vintage kit. This finish definitely falls under the more "rare" category. It was in production for a short time, with very low turnover in production. It became a fast favorite amongst present day players and collectors. This kit has 3-ply maple shells in excellent shape. This kit sure shimmers with a show room like polish. The finish wear throughout gives it a nice antiqued touch. Its definitely a kit you won't want to stop playing, or be too afraid to take out and show off. It'll turn heads in look and sound.

1967 Ludwig Superbeat Black Diamond Pearl - $1800
Here's a real fun configuration we like to call the "Super Beat". A sort of custom configured kit from Super Classic and Downbeat models. Kit is in incredible condition, with a show room like shine. All original parts, and components, free of any aftermarket modifications. Sometimes ya just gotta flip the script. Ya dig?

1967 Ludwig Super Classic Champagne Sparkle - $1800
This kit has 3-ply maple shells and are in excellent shape. All shells are stamped for Oct ’67. The wrap is very clean an vibrant! Seams are super tight, bearing edges are great, and there are no after market modifications. This baby was restored to a beautiful show room shine! The hardware suffered minor rust build up. Some of the chrome on the Bass drum T-claws show discoloration from existing rust. They are now polished clean with a nice clean patina look.

1968 Ludwig Big Beat Mod Orange - $2300
The Psychedelic 60's scene is very well represented with the Mod Orange finish. It sports an oyster like pattern that stands out from standard classic finishes. It was produced in very low numbers, making them exceptionally rare. The original purple within the pattern has faded to a white, common among Mod Orange. This kit sure shimmers with a show room like polish. The wear throughout gives a nice antiqued touch. It definitely a kit you won't want to stop playing, or be too afraid to take out and show off. It'll turn heads in look and sound. Includes 14" x 22" bass drum serial number 667082.

1964 Ludwig Super Classic White Marine Pearl - $1,400
Here is a nicely aged original White Marine Pearl drum set.  It has typical wear and tear, free of any structural issue, or modifications.  The perfect gigging vintage Ludwig set. consists of a 14” X 22”, a 22” bass drum, a 9” X 13” Tom Tom and 16” X 16” Floor Tom. It has all original shell hardware: rail mount, cymbal/tom bracket, spurs and mufflers.

Super Classic Psychedelic Red
The Psychedelic Red finish is one of 3 wrap finishes to be offered by Ludwig that was inspired by the “Swingin' Scene” of the late 1960's. It is a “Oyster-Like” pattern that portrays a unique color mix of blue, green, and red. These finish tend to suffer against time and fade to more pale colors, but this one has sure withstood the test of time. The Psychedelic Red finish is known to be sought after for it's look and scarcity.
